STEP 1: Find Products

Copy the product URL you want and paste it into the Joyagoo search box. You can also search by keyword or image, then select results from platforms like Taobao, Tmall, or 1688.

Helpful tips:

• Joyagoo supports searches across Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.

• If a direct search doesn’t work (e.g., on Yupoo, WeChat, or Xianyu), use the “DIY Orders” feature by entering product details manually to place your order.

STEP 2: Submit Your Order

Choose the color, size, and quantity you want, then add the item to your cart or proceed with direct payment.

STEP 3: Complete Payment

Pay using your preferred method, covering both the item cost and domestic shipping within China.

Note: Payment is sent directly to the seller. Any return or exchange is handled between you and the seller, with Joyagoo acting as a support intermediary if needed.

STEP 4: Order Processing (Status: “Processing” → “Purchased”)

After submission, your order will show as “Processing.” Joyagoo agents will purchase the item on your behalf. Once completed, the status changes to “Purchased,” and you can request updates at any time.

STEP 5: Seller Dispatch (Status: “Shipped by Seller”)

When the seller sends the item, the status updates to “Shipped by Seller.” Delivery to the Joyagoo warehouse usually takes a few days, though delays can occur. Support agents can help follow up if needed.

STEP 6: Warehouse Arrival & QC (Status: “Arrived” → “QC Done”)

Once the item arrives at the warehouse, Joyagoo performs a quality check and takes detailed QC photos, which you can view in your order page.

• You have 5 days after QC to request a return or exchange.

• After this window, return eligibility depends on the seller’s policy.

STEP 7: Free Storage Period (Status: “Stored”)

Items can be stored in the warehouse for up to 90 days at no cost. If you need more time, you can extend storage through the warehouse panel for a small fee.

STEP 8: Ship Your Parcel

When ready, select your items, enter your shipping address, choose a delivery method, and pay the international shipping fee.

• Submit Parcel: Pay an estimated shipping cost first. Final fees are adjusted after packing.

• Rehearsal Shipping: Pay a small 20 CNY fee to pre-pack and calculate exact shipping costs in advance.

Tips:

• Some items may have shipping restrictions, which are automatically detected.

• Extra options like repacking, reinforcement, and insurance can be added before shipment.

STEP 9: Coupons & International Shipping Payment

Apply available coupons to reduce shipping costs (only one coupon per order).

• Shipping costs are estimated based on weight, size, destination, and carrier.

• Final charges may be adjusted after actual packing, with refunds or balance adjustments applied if needed.

STEP 10: Track Your Order

Use the tracking section in your parcel dashboard to monitor delivery progress.

Important notes:

• International shipping may involve delays, customs checks, taxes, or rare risks like loss or damage.

• Joyagoo does not control logistics or customs but provides support when issues occur.

• Insurance options are available for protection against loss or customs seizure.

STEP 11: Delivery & Feedback

After receiving your parcel, you can leave a review or share your experience by clicking “Claim Reward” on the product or order page. Rewards may be offered for participation.
